Swami Sivananda

There are many types of yoga. The yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga allows for control of the body and mind. It consists of a series of postures, more or less complex depending on the practitioner's level. These postures, called asanas, are accompanied by breath control (called pranayama) and concentration.
Hatha Yoga is accessible to everyone. The complexity of the exercises varies according to the level of the classes.
Yoga brings many benefits, including:
- Better general fitness
- More flexibility
- A balanced nervous system (resulting in less anxiety)
- Stimulation of internal organs, allowing action on the body's various vital systems (digestive, respiratory, endocrine, etc.)
- Better concentration

I am Thai and have been living in France since 2009. As a yoga teacher, I offer classes combining Hatha and Vinyasa, accessible to all levels.
Yoga has deeply transformed my life. It has taught me to return to the present moment, to listen to my breath, my body, and my heart. Today, it is this experience that I wish to share with you, in a caring and respectful environment.
I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching for over 10 years. I completed my first Sivananda yoga teacher training in Orléans in 2015, which allowed me to acquire a solid foundation in postures, breathing, and relaxation. I then enriched my approach with a Vinyasa training in 2025.
My classes combine the stability and depth of Hatha yoga with the fluidity and movement of Vinyasa. This approach allows you to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your breathing.
Each session is adapted to the students present: beginners or regular practitioners, everyone is guided to evolve at their own pace, without pressure or seeking performance.
I attach great importance to self-awareness, breathing, and the quality of presence. Yoga then becomes a time to slow down, refocus, and find a balance between body and mind.
I would be very happy to accompany you in your practice and share the benefits of yoga with you.
Looking forward to guiding you in your practice,
Noot
