This is an English translation provided for convenience. Jampatha Yoga is a French business and these terms are governed by French law: the French version is the binding one, and prevails in the event of any discrepancy between the two.
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to work; others are only placed with your agreement.
These allow the site to function and cannot be disabled. They are not used for any advertising tracking and are not subject to consent.
• PHPSESSID — keeps your session open while you browse your student area.
Deleted when you close your browser.
• remember_token — saves you from entering your credentials on every visit.
Placed only if you tick "Remember me" when logging in. Duration: 30 days. You delete it
by logging out.
• jy_consent — remembers your cookie choice so you are not asked again on every
page. Placed by this site, never shared with a third party. Duration: 12 months.
These are placed only after you accept — the corresponding script is not even loaded before then. They tell us which pages are viewed, so that we can improve the site. Your IP address is truncated before being recorded, and no data is used for advertising purposes.
• Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_<identifier>) — distinguishes visits and measures traffic. Duration: 13 months at most. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
The home page contains a video hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). This video is not loaded when the page opens: it is only loaded once you scroll down to it.
At that point, YouTube may place its own cookies, in particular for audience measurement and personalisation, even if you do not start playback. These cookies are Google's responsibility and not Jampatha Yoga's: their duration and purpose are described in Google's cookie policy.
If you would rather these cookies were not placed, simply do not scroll down to the video, or block third-party cookies in your browser. The rest of the site, including booking and your student area, works normally either way.
A banner is shown on your first visit, on every page of the site. You can accept or refuse, either one with a single click. Not answering counts as refusing: nothing is placed until you accept. And refusing does not restrict your use of the site: booking, buying class cards and your student area all work identically.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Gérer les cookies" (Manage cookies) button in the footer, present on every page.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies already placed. Please note: blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from logging into your student area.
Your choice is kept for twelve months. After that, you are asked again. You can change it before then, at any time.
